Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We accept Credit Card payments using popular and trusted services, like STRIPE and SQUARE, All of them use state-of-the-art SSL technology to encrypt your transaction and made it as safe as possible. We do not collect or store your Credit Card data. STRIPE and SQUARE Accepts VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX.

TAXES & DUTIES
Product prices on our site are without Tax. During checkout taxes and shipping are added based on your location. We are not responsible for the custom duties charged in your country of final destination of our product. Custom duties must be cleared by you if any.
SHIPPING
We can only ship to the Ship to address and not any other address provided once an order is placed. This is due to the anti-fraud policy.
All Orders are shipped expedited via Canada Post for all shipment within Canada. All USA Orders are shipped from the USA via USPS to all US destinations.All International Orders will be shipped via Purolator or EMS.
Most CARBOTTI Handbags will ship in 6 weeks after order has been placed. The bags are handmade in Italy and they are shipped to our locations where we ship them out to you. The bags are worth the wait and no return has ever been made on any of them.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can only cancel an order if it has not been confirmed by one of our Sales Rep. Once an order has been placed, confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled.
